About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Train, coach, and assess cross-functional factory teams for Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities
  • Analyze downtime data and validate production loss categories
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to prioritize improvement efforts
  • Investigate production-floor issues and determine root causes
  • Implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and process performance
  • Support operators in real time to stabilize production
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and IWG leads on continuous improvement initiatives and project workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment; OR high school diploma with 3+ years of such experience
  • Experience with Power BI or related software preferred
  • Working knowledge of production machinery
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment and process failures
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
