About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead performance improvement projects with a team of technicians
  • Analyze current data and identify performance improvement project opportunities
  • Identify and eliminate losses during ongoing operations
  • Build problem-solving capability within the full factory team
  • Prevent top losses on factory equipment and processes
  • Conduct data analysis using digital tracking tools to identify opportunities for loss reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 4+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, military, or related environment
  • Experience or knowledge of DMAIC, Six Sigma, SMED, and Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
