About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise daily production operations, ensuring quality standards and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Identify and resolve production issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to integrate manufacturing processes.
  • Manage operational performance and the strategic plan.
  • Lead daily performance meetings, analyze key performance indicators, and execute action plans.
  • Monitor KPIs and support the definition of continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure the standardization of operational activities.
  • Ensure production is delivered in accordance with Quality and Safety standards.
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Conduct hiring, terminations, administrative actions, and promotions.
  • Evaluate employees to support team development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools, TPM, and Lean.
  • Availability to work different shifts.
  • Yellow Belt certification preferred.
  • Advanced English preferred.
  • One year of previous experience in team leadership, production management systems, manufacturing operations, and/or industrial support preferred.
