About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with BEBA Brand Managers on new products, market research projects, and promotions
  • Take ownership of independent, responsible tasks within brand projects
  • Analyze market, product, and competitor data
  • Derive insights and concrete recommendations for action for the team
  • Support the development of new products from the initial idea through testing
  • Contribute to bringing new products to market readiness
  • Gain insights into marketing processes and the infant formula market
  • Support the Media Team in designing and implementing targeted marketing initiatives for parents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Nutritional Science, with a focus on Marketing, or a gap year between a bachelor's and master's degree
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in marketing, e.g., through internships or part-time jobs
  • Creativity, along with strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
