About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the category innovation pipeline, leading projects in partnership with R&D, Commercial, and Supply teams; manage end-to-end processes, lead approvals, define volumes, and track performance KPIs
- Structure market, consumer, and business analyses; prepare reports and consolidate data into presentations that generate insights, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decisions
- Manage business routines, ensuring alignment among Demand Planning, Supply, Factory, and Commercial teams; monitor production planning, product availability for sales, and listing/delisting processes
- Plan and implement growth initiatives and plans with different demand-generation areas, including Trade Marketing and e-commerce; monitor, capture, and report savings and efficiency across the production chain
- Act as brand guardian by developing, guiding, and connecting multiple communication initiatives to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging, as well as synergy across digital, product, e-commerce, events, ESG, and point-of-sale activities
- Manage the brand budget and investments by executing processes, preparing reports, and consolidating an integrated view of marketing expenditure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree — required
- Strategic and business-oriented mindset, with strong analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of innovation and product launch processes and tools
- Strong interest in and ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of financial concepts, including P&L, and budget management
- Knowledge of Nielsen tools for data extraction, analysis, and insight generation
- Interest in and proficiency with AI tools and agents
- Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel
- Advanced English
