About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and management of the Nordic portfolio across Nescafé Dolce Gusto and Nespresso Authorized Brands
  • Extract, structure, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate product sample requests
  • Support execution of events and brand activations
  • Optimize product content across e-commerce and digital channels
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Nordic Coffee team
  • Work with the Nordic Brand Business Lead for NABs and experienced Brand Managers to support coffee brands including NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, Starbucks, and Zoégas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Student with at least two years left of studies in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar
  • Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language: Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
  • Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data and numbers
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proactive, structured, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across different functions
  • Ability to work 15–20 hours per week
