About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the implementation of marketing plans, business development, sales forecasting, and product supply for Nestlé products in France’s overseas departments
- Serve as the liaison between the Marketing Departments of Nestlé’s divisions in mainland France and the marketing managers in the overseas departments
- Deploy marketing initiatives tailored to product ranges marketed in the overseas departments
- Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activations
- Provide support on product, packaging, point-of-sale materials, and legal matters
- Manage the tracking of business performance indicators
- Monitor sales, market share, distribution, promotional activity, and share of voice
- Contribute to discussions on product assortments, merchandising, promotional campaigns, innovations, and media plans
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with sales forecasting, supply planning, and the development of assortment tracking tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree preferred, with a specialization from a business school
- Initial experience in marketing or operational marketing within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company distributed through mass-market retail is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Collaboration, attention to detail, responsiveness, continuous learning, and adaptability
- English is a plus
