About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform ethical detailing of Nestlé Health Science products in an assigned territory
- Communicate accurate product information, features, benefits, and appropriate use to medical and paramedical contacts
- Achieve company objectives in the assigned territory
- Collect, analyse, and interpret Medical Nutrition market, industry, product, competitor, healthcare system, and customer data
- Segment healthcare professionals, healthcare institutions, and pharmacies
- Define territories, plan visits, and create routes for effective coverage
- Promote Nestlé’s purpose, values, and principles
- Deliver information on medical nutrition practices to healthcare professionals
- Manage healthcare-system requests to provide better services to patients and support continuing medical education
- Build long-term, sustainable, and responsible relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- Maintain records of field activity outcomes, activities, decisions, and data
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science Nutrition / Biology or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative
- Expertise in Medical Nutrition product knowledge, including competitor product knowledge
- Knowledge of Medical Nutrition in general
- Ability to achieve relevant business goals within the market and territory
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and persuasively
- Adherence to local regulations and industry standards
