About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, administrative, and leadership positions, with a focus on manufacturing sites
  • Act as a consultative partner to managers, supporting decisions regarding talent attraction, assessment, and selection
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments aligned with business needs
  • Manage multiple openings simultaneously, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality delivery
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, employer branding, and Talent Acquisition transformation projects
  • Ensure the timely updating of systems, tracking databases, and process governance records
  • Build strong relationships with client departments, HR, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection / Talent Acquisition
  • Experience recruiting for industrial operations and manufacturing environments
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting and the simultaneous management of multiple openings
  • Ability to act consultatively with leaders and stakeholders at different organizational levels
  • Experience analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Vagas.com, Pandapé, and similar tools
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
  • Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, sound prioritization, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and project management is desirable
  • Intermediate Spanish or English is desirable
  • Previous experience recruiting for factories, distribution centers, or industrial operations is a plus
  • Participation in Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion, or Talent Acquisition Transformation projects is a plus
