About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate the Model F machine to produce quality product throughout the shift
  • Troubleshoot the Model F machine as necessary
  • Pick up equipment and recipes required for scheduled products before each shift
  • Complete accurate paperwork
  • Eliminate cheese waste and complete scrap and WIP tickets
  • Obtain and calibrate scales when needed
  • Check cheese or commodity appearance against recipe standards and check for off odors
  • Cover and label cheese and mixtures
  • Remove condensation from walls, equipment, and ceilings before startup and monitor throughout the shift
  • Perform duties assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Heavy lifting
  • Basic computer data entry
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Basic proficiency of English to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • 90 days of food manufacturing experience working in a Nestlé factory preferred
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
