About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate Health Care Professionals on exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6 months and continued breastfeeding after complementary feeding begins
- Provide accurate, scientific information about Nestlé Infant Nutrition Products and services when breastfeeding is not possible
- Explain product features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use in accordance with the WHO Code on BMS, Nestlé policies, instructions and local legislation
- Provide factual information about risks associated with inappropriate breastmilk substitutes
- Recommend Nestlé Infant Nutrition Products and services to HCPs where appropriate
- Build long-term professional relationships with HCPs and medical decision makers
- Manage territory coverage and gather and share insights through tools such as MFF CRM
- Monitor product availability, visibility, freshness and pricing within the territory
- Network with Sales Colleagues, Distributors and Trade
- Plan, implement and execute territory action plans within the allocated budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree, diploma or Advanced Level qualification in Bio Science or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Fluency in English and Sinhala, or English and Tamil
- Fluency in English, Sinhala and Tamil would be an advantage
- High level of integrity

- Superior communication skills
- Numerical ability and numerical reasoning
- Emotional intelligence
- Problem-solving skills
- Valid driving license
