About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect and centralize information from all customer touchpoints, including surveys, complaints, digital interactions, and more.
  • Analyze the customer experience across different customer journeys.
  • Create customer performance tracking reports covering NPS, customer satisfaction, and complaint rates.
  • Map customer journeys and identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Develop recommendations and action plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Lead the implementation of action plans and measure their effectiveness over time.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new digital solutions and the improvement of existing services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to four or five years of post-secondary study, ideally at a business school.
  • Specialization in marketing or project management.
  • Strong interest in customer satisfaction and an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation, active listening skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Enjoyment of project-based and collaborative work.
  • Curiosity and agility.
  • Strong interest in digital, e-commerce, and innovation.
