About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively manage the order portfolio in RDT1, focusing on critical SKUs
  • Conduct critical analyses to optimize load allocation and prevent stockouts at the final destination
  • Monitor and update key KPIs and departmental reports
  • Serve as an interface between partner teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in routine processes and recommend automation and process adjustments
  • Develop detailed dashboards and reports to support decision-making
  • Execute the strategies defined in RDT1, managing daily and weekly follow-ups to ensure maximum logistics efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work fully onsite in São Paulo, SP
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Ability to persuade and motivate people toward a common goal
  • Commitment, results orientation, and an ownership mindset
  • Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel skills)
  • Curious and investigative mindset for problem-solving
  • Proactive approach, with a desire to improve our support functions and create new projects within the department
