About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the end-to-end execution of packaging design and labeling projects across assigned brands and businesses
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing, Design Agencies, Regulatory teams, and other stakeholders
  • Drive project coordination through the Design-to-Delivery (D2D) process
  • Manage packaging design and artwork projects from initiation through final delivery
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
  • Establish project timelines, identify key inputs and references, and monitor project progress
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams
  • Collect, organize, and disseminate packaging and label information
  • Manage Label Information Specifications and/or SAP Labeling Records
  • Coordinate completeness and accuracy of packaging content and assets
  • Maintain project templates, records, and documentation
  • Ensure packaging designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards
  • Escalate briefs or design requests conflicting with brand requirements
  • Archive packaging master files and maintain asset libraries in Digital Asset Management systems
  • Ensure final artwork files and digital assets are properly stored, accessible, and compliant
  • Contribute to improvements in packaging workflows, tools, and processes
  • Participate in training and best-practice sharing related to packaging design and labeling systems
  • Support initiatives improving efficiency, quality, and first-time-right delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment managing packaging design and/or artwork projects
  • Experience coordinating packaging projects from concept development through final artwork delivery to print production
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of digital file formats used in packaging artwork production
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred: Experience managing end-to-end packaging projects through CGI development
  • Preferred: Knowledge of print production processes, printing technologies, and color management
  • Preferred: Experience working with digital workflows, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and document management systems
  • Preferred: Experience collaborating with Research & Development teams
  • Preferred: Experience supporting highly regulated products and coordinating packaging requirements with regulatory stakeholders
