About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a brand ambassador for Nespresso
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Attend daily briefings to understand key objectives
- Participate in coaching sessions with team leaders
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities and approach customers
- Reinforce the brand message and achieve individual and boutique targets

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English and French is required
- Passion for coffee and sustainability
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for an entire workday
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds)
