About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand the business environment and translate client needs into candidate profiles
  • Design and execute the candidate sourcing, attraction, and selection strategy for the region
  • Lead internal and external recruitment and selection processes
  • Ensure the successful execution of selection programs for apprentices and interns
  • Conduct exit interviews and gather information for employee retention action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Professional experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP knowledge (preferred)
  • SuccessFactors knowledge (preferred)
  • Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)
  • Power BI knowledge (preferred)
