About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare materials and equipment for production
  • Support assembly and packaging of products according to specifications
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials and products if licensed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
  • Forklift license is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to work in a noisy environment and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Must undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
  • Successful candidates must attend mandatory full-time 4–6 weeks on-site training
