About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Production team in the Coffee Mixes department
Focus on continuous improvement and structured problem solving
Assist in achieving line standards associated with production runs
Follow standard conditions and routines associated with Safety and the 4M's: Man, Machine, Method, Material
Promote a zero injury, defect, and waste mindset
Promote behaviours positively impacting Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality
Participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM) principles
Build capability and improve overall area performance
Ensure work adheres to quality, compliance, safety, reliability, and cost requirements
Report to the Line Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced Production Operator
Ability to work shift work including days and nights in 24x5 operations
Reliability and a high degree of flexibility
Enthusiasm for learning with a strong focus on safety, quality and wellbeing
Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work with SAP and understanding of SAP transactions
Developed technical aptitude and physical capability for manual handling
Commitment to GMP
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have Permanent Residency
Required to undergo pre-employment checks, including health checks
Forklift licence is an advantage
