Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead industrial capital investment projects from needs definition through commissioning
  • Design technical solutions for piping, pumps, production equipment, and packaging lines
  • Prepare studies, budget estimates, schedules, and capital investment requests
  • Anticipate technical, operational, and construction-related risks
  • Coordinate suppliers, procurement, supplier testing, and on-site work
  • Monitor work permits, installation activities, and costs
  • Lead commissioning, team training, and handover to Operations
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Safety, Finance, and Procurement teams, as well as external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent (mechanical, electrical, process, industrial, or related engineering)
  • Expertise in managing capital investment projects in an industrial environment, ideally within the food and beverage industry
  • Structured approach to managing timelines, costs, scope, risks, and change
  • Technical judgment to analyze requirements and prepare estimates
  • Proactive, transparent, and audience-appropriate communication with internal teams, suppliers, and construction partners
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Courage, collaboration, responsiveness, and curiosity
