About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage small, minor and major capital projects from end to end
  • Manage key components of major capital projects, including concept, scope, cost, resources and funding
  • Maintain visibility to the design process and ensure adherence to project components and deliverables
  • Directly manage overall project execution, including construction and commissioning
  • Coordinate with the client and various internal and external groups
  • Assist in developing pre-project approval documents, project charters, project management plans, project kick starts, estimates and milestone schedules
  • Ensure design progress and deliverables meet established project requirements
  • Coordinate bid package development and release for construction bidding and field execution
  • Direct and execute installation, construction and commissioning of assigned projects
  • Manage project milestones and scope, and secure approvals for project changes
  • Provide construction management and plant startup assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and 7+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related field OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related field
  • Must be willing and able to relocate to future project/site locations based on business needs upon completion of assigned projects in Batavia, OH
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
