About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and execute technical delivery of capital investment projects from design through implementation and start-up
- Ensure compliance with project charter, design specifications, Nestlé standards and local regulations
- Prepare project controls, timing assumptions, cost estimates and technical design inputs for the Filling & Packing scope
- Define technical requirements for Filling & Packing machines and mobilise project resources
- Execute basic and detailed design using Nestlé principles, standards, local regulations, URS and TPM characteristics
- Develop line URS aligned with equipment integration, packaging quality, performance and operability requirements
- Embed validation protocols, pressurized-vessel requirements and AGV integration interfaces
- Define success criteria for FAT, SAT, start-up documentation and line acceptance
- Implement filling and packing equipment according to timing, cost, quality, URS and line requirements
- Coordinate suppliers and contractors, technical reviews, FAT, SAT, action plans and risk analysis
- Ensure supplier SHE training, machinery safety checks, validation readiness and line readiness during installation and commissioning
- Support transition to operations during commissioning, start-up and ramp-up
- Follow up line issues, documentation, budget, timing and risks; escalate threats to scope, cost, timing or performance
- Deliver technical reporting and PDA / lessons learned
- Promote sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- About 3 years of experience as a leader / senior engineer in capital investment project development and implementation in the food industry
- Previous experience leading and developing cross-functional teams, including direct and/or indirect reports, in a project or manufacturing environment
- Factory operations exposure with emphasis on end-of-line integration, material handling and intralogistics
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Experience successfully delivering projects in filling / packing technology areas
- Experience applying SHE requirements and risk-prevention methods
- Experience with FAT / SAT and start-up activities on filling and packing lines
- Experience with financial follow-up, budget tracking and project reporting
- Experience with HFFS machines, checkweighers, automatized pick-and-place solutions, or comparable filling and packing technologies is strongly preferred
- Experience with sterilization processes, validation protocols and local requirements related to pressurized vessels is an advantage
- Experience with production-line integration including basic understanding of AGV interfaces is an advantage
- Strong operational understanding of manufacturing execution and product orders propagation through DMO
- Participation in advanced Project Management training is a plus
