About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure proper functioning of quality operations
- Manage ingredients, receiving, formulation, and product quality and safety
- Provide technical support for the factory regarding all quality aspects
- Lead operational support and improvement activities for the QA stream
- Ensure finished product specifications are maintained and updated
- Collaborate with operations and provide coaching and training for factory associates
- Serve as the main point of contact and support for quality incidents
- Lead and support hold management, status control, and final disposition
- Complete quality checks and drive compliance to the QMS
- Support the factory formulation process
- Maintain finished product reference samples and photo standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment and/or food manufacturing environment
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
