About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze ingredients for compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Perform multiple tests of finished product samples
  • Escalate tests when needed
  • Properly use and maintain laboratory equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and calibration
  • Identify trends and react to out-of-specification results as appropriate
  • Coordinate external equipment calibration and maintenance services
  • Support the Total Performance Management process, including RedZone and Poka
  • Follow laboratory practices and lab safety manual guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in quality, food manufacturing, or related environment
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule
  • Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship
