About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage routine microbiological evaluations of the factory production environment and processing systems
  • Lead the factory in ensuring quality operations aspects are in place and high functioning
  • Conduct verification activities, documentation, and recordkeeping
  • Oversee the factory Pathogen Monitoring Program
  • Interact with the operations group
  • Influence, coach, and train factory personnel regarding QA requirements and expectations
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment, including maintenance, cleaning, and calibration
  • Work with other lab associates to achieve shift, department, and factory objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of laboratory, quality assurance and/or food manufacturing experience required
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
