About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Obtain paperwork confirming job assignment
  • Inspect quality-hold products using various inspection methods
  • Set up inspection processes
  • Unload jars from cages or cases onto tables
  • Open and empty product from cases for visual inspection
  • Determine whether products should return to the warehouse, be destroyed, or reworked
  • Obtain selected pallets and pull samples from Quality
  • Return acceptable products to the warehouse
  • Identify and isolate defective products for destruction
  • Maintain housekeeping in the work area
  • Ensure inspected items are placed in proper cases or containers
  • Perform work at an above-normal pace with intermittent to moderate physical exertion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 6 months relevant work experience
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Written and reading comprehension
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
  • Computer skills
  • Lift truck license required
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
