About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Nespresso's mission and values in sustainability and recycling
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable retail experiences

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
- Customer service or hospitality orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience and resourcefulness in troubleshooting
