About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission
- Provide welcoming, exceptional customer service in the retail boutique
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable experiences
- Identify customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Offer complimentary coffee tastings
