About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Nespresso’s mission and values in sustainability and recycling
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable boutique experiences
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Offer complimentary coffee tastings
- Demonstrate coffee and product knowledge to build the customer base and sales
- Collaborate proactively with team members
- Assist with shipments and arrange product displays
- Keep the coffee wall stocked and maintain boutique cleanliness
- Complete training to support success in the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
- Customer service or hospitality orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to change
- Punctuality
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience and resourcefulness in troubleshooting
