About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the welcoming face of the Nespresso retail boutique
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable experiences
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Offer complimentary coffee tastings
- Apply coffee and product knowledge to build the customer base and sales

Requirements

- Punctuality and availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
