About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome and engage customers in the retail boutique

Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
- People-oriented and able to thrive in a customer service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and adapt to change
- Punctuality and availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience for day-to-day challenges
- Resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot
