About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Nespresso's sustainability and recycling mission as a brand advocate
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable boutique experiences
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Offer complimentary coffee tastings and use product knowledge to build sales and the customer base
- Collaborate proactively with team members
- Assist with shipments and arrange product displays
- Keep the coffee wall stocked and maintain boutique cleanliness
- Complete training to develop coffee expertise and role proficiency
Requirements
