About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the welcoming face of the Nespresso retail boutique
- Guide customers in discovering suitable coffee and machine solutions
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable experiences
- Provide complimentary coffee tastings
- Use product and coffee knowledge to build the customer base and sales
- Represent Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission
- Collaborate proactively with team members

- Complete training to develop coffee expertise and role knowledge
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for coffee and exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to change
- Punctuality and availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience and resourcefulness in troubleshooting day-to-day challenges
