About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a welcoming brand advocate for Nespresso inside Macy's at Dadeland Mall
- Greet and engage customers to create memorable retail experiences
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions
- Offer complimentary coffee tastings
- Use product and coffee knowledge to build the customer base and sales
- Support sustainability and recycling initiatives
- Collaborate proactively with team members
- Assist with shipments and arrange product displays
- Keep the coffee wall stocked
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and safety
- Complete training to support success in the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service experience and a passion for coffee
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Punctuality
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience and resourcefulness in troubleshooting day-to-day challenges
