About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments
- Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers
- Maintain stockroom organization so products are easily located by the sales team
- Replenish merchandise within the boutique
- Assist the sales floor as needed
- Help maintain a safe and clean boutique environment
- Demonstrate loss prevention efforts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customers find their preferred coffees and products
- Drive productivity through preparation and organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full-time and part-time availability
- Availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders
- Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
