About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments
- Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers
- Maintain an organized stockroom so products are easily located
- Replenish merchandise within the boutique
- Assist the sales floor as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean boutique environment
- Demonstrate loss prevention efforts
- Support product availability and a seamless boutique experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full-time availability
- Mix of retail and stock experience (non-warehouse)
- Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders
