About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process all inbound and outbound stock shipments
Assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising, and product transfers
Maintain stockroom organization so products are easily located by the sales team
Replenish merchandise within the boutique
Assist the sales floor as needed
Maintain a safe and clean boutique environment
Demonstrate loss prevention efforts
Collaborate with team members to ensure customers find their preferred coffees and products
Drive productivity through preparation and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment
Resourcefulness in troubleshooting on the spot
Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to climb ladders
