  • Collaborate with the District Manager to control labor costs and expenses
  • Troubleshoot technology issues to support smooth operations
  • Promote safety and follow Nestlé Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures
  • Maximize business opportunities through creative initiatives, customer loyalty, team motivation, and boutique performance improvements
  • Build community connections through experimentation and collaboration
  • Share coffee expertise and sustainability practices with customers through storytelling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced or luxury retail environment
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in people management and development of direct reports
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to organize and use time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks in a competing-demands environment
  • Passion for coffee, respect for sustainability, and curiosity to educate oneself and others on coffee culture
  • Availability to work opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
