About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit, hire, develop, recognize, and manage boutique employees
  • Create personalized development plans and provide ongoing feedback

  • Foster team engagement through weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and manage inventory
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to control labor costs and expenses
  • Troubleshoot technology issues to support smooth operations
  • Promote safety and comply with Nestlé Safety, Health, and Environmental policies
  • Maximize business opportunities through customer loyalty, team motivation, and boutique performance evaluation
  • Build community connections through experimentation and collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in fast-paced or luxury retail
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and appreciation for sustainability
  • Availability for open/close shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Experience supervising 20+ employees in a high-volume, luxury retail environment preferred
  • Ability to run weekly manager meetings, oversee KPIs, coach performance, and delegate effectively preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue goals preferred
  • Demonstrated success developing bench strength and future leaders preferred
  • Agility with new systems, software programs, and reporting methods preferred
