About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively generate actionable insights that support current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance
  • Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities using syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, point of sale) and other data resources
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of the category and broader business landscape
  • Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to help build sales presentations
  • Build and maintain 4P reporting and tools essential to the day-to-day operation of customer account teams
  • Pull data for ad hoc analysis from syndicated data, retailer platforms, and internal resources
  • Collaborate with Customer Account Manager(s) to meet collective sales objectives and drive market share for Nestlé brands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Intermediate/advanced skill in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
  • Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals
  • Understanding data, building reports, and conducting analysis
  • Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana, Nielsen) and data visualization techniques
  • Background in CPG or retail, with experience working in large format grocery & mass channels
  • Track record of successfully achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) objectives in previous roles
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and identify opportunities that extend beyond the defined role
