About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Regional Sales Management team through timely reporting, analysis, order, payment, and claims processing
  • Collect and plan orders and coordinate payments from all regions/distributors
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis
  • Maintain sales history for concerned regions/zones and distributors
  • Reconcile sales data monthly with regional/zonal reports
  • Coordinate submission, settlement, and clearance certificates for claims according to SOP
  • Circulate TTS budgets and trade promotions to the sales team
  • Compile, evaluate, and report TTS spending
  • Assist the Sales team with sales analysis, RSF, sales volume shares, and bottom-up reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company principles and policies
  • Drive continuous improvement using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the business dynamics and processes
  • Capacity to understand all sales functions, i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field sales
  • Demonstrated effective command of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
