About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate accounting and reconciliation of LATAM travel expenses
  • Prepare management reports and present them to market stakeholders
  • Provide support and assistance to employees regarding LATAM travel and expense-related questions and issues
  • Provide travel-related technical support to internal and external teams
  • Lead improvement initiatives and support high-complexity initiatives
  • Ensure updates to Operational Guidelines and Standards
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders on operational matters related to the process
  • Report to the R2R Supervisor

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps is a plus
  • Knowledge of travel and expense audit processes
  • Intermediate proficiency in English and/or Spanish
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes
  • Initiative, results orientation, and resilience
  • Strong service orientation
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
