Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business performance, including sales driver decomposition
  • Evaluate marketing performance and guide commercial budget allocation through marketing mix modeling
  • Size future category growth potential by analyzing market trends and shifts in consumer behavior
  • Identify and size headwinds and tailwinds driven by macroenvironmental forces
  • Perform ad-hoc, data-driven analyses to support business decision-making
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and consumer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business priorities, marketing strategies, and objectives
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly and actionably
  • Champion Marketing Analytics by identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities and influence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, marketing research, or a related field
  • Experience preferably within a consumer goods or retail environment
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and uncover key insights
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, or Python
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Understanding of statistical modeling techniques and their application in marketing analysis
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to convey complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
