About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial results for local and Nestlé Group management
Partner with operating divisions, corporate functions, and global stakeholders to support accurate and timely financial reporting
Conduct quarterly Balance Sheet reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards
Lead financial reporting and accounting initiatives, including working capital analysis, impairment testing, and acquisition/divestiture integration
Provide financial reporting guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders
Translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful analysis and management reporting
Support interim and year-end consolidated financial statements, including external reporting requirements and financial statement footnotes
Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes and controls using Nestlé Continuous Excellence methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or Financial Reporting
External audit or financial reporting experience
Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills, including financial statements
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration and stakeholder partnership skills
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
