About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead standardized technical processes and manage data architecture for modular data
  • Develop and maintain modular technology for automation of relays
  • Lead team utilization of technology for efficient modular processes and analysis
  • Assist the Category Manager in developing and executing the transition and revision process
  • Collaborate with the team and customer to create strategic category plans using analytics, insights, and technology
  • Lead all POG technology and automation for transitions and revisions
  • Develop, automate, maintain, and enable the category team on assortment optimization modeling tools
  • Create, analyze, and provide insights on weekly customer POS performance, transition/revision pre- versus post-performance, Test and Learn insights, and other customer data
  • Support CKB functionality, development, and enhancements
  • Manage accessibility, functionality, and extracts from transition/revision technology
  • Own transition/revision technology development, enhancements, and category team support
  • Manage ProSpace functionality and user setup, provide user training, and serve as an advanced capabilities resource
  • Collaborate with the Advisor Technologies team on data and data streams related to transition/revision technologies
  • Create business continuity for POG technology and automation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience supporting retailer Advisor or Captaincy planogram process required
  • Target captaincy experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with ProSpace required
  • CKB and Planogram Automation preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or related major preferred
  • Strong technical skills in POG-related programming, POG database architecture, and POG process automation
  • Advanced database and Excel skills
  • Understanding of ProSpace, SQL, and CKB for automation and team efficiency
  • Circana
  • JDA Space Planning (ProSpace)
  • Power BI
  • Microsoft tools, including Excel
  • POG Generator
  • Power BI or Tableau/data visualization tools preferred
