About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in and present operational planning meetings to the Sales team and related departments, including the channel’s MBP, JVC, DOR, WOR, and MOR cycles
  • Prepare KPI tracking reports
  • Monitor daily sales and progress toward targets
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain direct communication with Sales Managers, Supply, business units, Channel Trade, and Origins
  • Monitor the JVC process together with the Channel Trade team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work fully on-site in São Paulo, SP
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Analytical mindset and interest in commercial operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Sense of urgency and ownership of day-to-day tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized
