About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities
- Monitor inventory transactions, order flow, and shipping activity using warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools
- Identify and resolve inventory, order, and workflow exceptions
- Partner with transportation, inventory, and warehouse teams
- Ensure activities follow procedures, inventory controls, and safety standards
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Work independently during overnight hours while coordinating workflow and operational execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, or workflow coordination supply chain operations
- Experience coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment, or related operational processes
- Experience utilizing warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, or inventory management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications
