About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and deploy digital solutions including Globe/SAP, DMO, Prometheus, PowerBI, and TrendMiner
- Investigate, analyze, and solve operational problems relating to material and labor costs
- Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and develop solutions
- Develop database systems and tools to support loss analysis
- Analyze excessive costs, identify root causes, and implement cost-reduction solutions and digital tools
- Conduct capacity studies
- Lead or participate in performance and improvement projects and support operational reviews
- Manage production-related SAP master data and maintain system data accuracy
- Lead SAP technical design and SAP/DMO integration mapping for rollouts and enhancements
- Create the site digital roadmap
- Manage SAP interfaces, IDOCs, tickets, notifications, and interface error processes
- Perform month-end SAP/DMO cleanup
- Manage SAP outages and BCP recovery activities, daily troubleshooting, and ticket creation
- Manage DMO master data and perform data health checks
- Train production supervisors and team leaders on DMO and SAP
- Create SOPs and support training based on data health metrics
- Monitor GFI health checks and drive improvements
- Support budget preparation and maintain factory operational performance data systems
- Support and participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence and Total Performance Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have a BS/BA degree with 5 years experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Preferred experience in the food processing or pharmaceutical industry
- Broad experience with SAP mapping and integration
- Thorough knowledge of SAP architecture, data flow and extraction methods
- Experience with PowerBI is desirable
- Proficiency in computer spreadsheets and databases
- Knowledge of statistics, financial analysis techniques, and basic work measurement skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Effective in leading teams
- Inquisitive and creative nature
