About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the internal communications team in planning and executing enterprise campaigns
  • Drive innovative communications for manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement functions
  • Develop and implement communication strategies, initiatives, and campaigns that engage and motivate employees
  • Work with internal communications managers to drive employee campaigns, culture, and business storytelling
  • Identify, develop, and execute communications strategies with the Sr. Communications Manager and stakeholders
  • Develop organizational announcements, Quarterly Town Halls, strategic leader communications, and presentations
  • Support strategies to engage frontline employees with company updates, initiatives, and achievements
  • Gather information, stories, and updates with cross-functional One Operations teams
  • Assist with monthly e-newsletters, Town Hall support, and enterprise-wide brand communications
  • Support enterprise-wide storytelling with Corporate Communications colleagues
  • Identify local media opportunities and support media strategies
  • Support reactive media inquiries and develop holding statements as needed
  • Report to the Sr. Communications Manager as part of the Internal and Corporate Communications Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications
  • Internal communications experience with some exposure to media relations
  • Proven experience developing and implementing internal communication strategies and campaigns
  • Experience with content creation, including video, social assets, and PPT
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to tailor and simplify messages for different audiences
  • Ability to think end-to-end and provide insights from various viewpoints
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build stakeholder relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Creativity in employee storytelling
