Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical, automation, MES, and digital systems
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and electrical and automation engineering projects
  • Assist with technical documentation and specifications

  • Maintain electrical drawings and automation documentation
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including energy and water savings
  • Assist with asset management and capital planning
  • Assist in executing capital investment projects in the electrical and automation area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Professional Engineer license (P.E.) is a plus
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus
  • Experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing or Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing preferred
  • Knowledge of low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical distribution systems
  • Knowledge of local electrical codes and standards
  • Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration processes
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and equipment, including HMI, PLC, and industrial networks
  • Preference for Rockwell and Wonderware/Aveva systems
  • Knowledge of processing operations and technology
  • Experience participating in multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive thinking
  • Self-management following objectives
