About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical leadership for utility systems across the Nestlé Purina PetCare factory network
  • Translate Zone Americas North technical hub standards into practical, consistent factory solutions
  • Support capital projects valued up to $10 million
  • Lead Industrial Services strategy, priorities, performance measures, and action plans
  • Standardize operating reviews, utility checks, inspection routines, process controls, visual management, and digital monitoring
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, reduce downtime, strengthen maintenance practices, and minimize waste
  • Oversee compliance, engineering safety, audits, process safety, hazard reviews, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead energy, water, and greenhouse gas reduction efforts and improve environmental data quality
  • Develop long-term utility and capital plans and guide standards, technology selection, project requirements, and design reviews
  • Build factory expertise through coaching, training, onboarding, succession planning, skill assessments, networks, and shared best practices
  • Support emergency response, incident reviews, root-cause analysis, change management, and urgent risk-reduction work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive engineering experience in industrial services, utilities, compliance, process safety, maintenance, capital projects, audit and/or technical leadership in a manufacturing, industrial or related environment
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%-60% to meet business needs
  • Position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
